		<description><![CDATA[I did the BTB Crossfit fundraiser competition today. It was cool to be a part of it. I decided to give it a go and do it Rx. The push press was definitely the hardest for me and it felt like it took forever! I have never done that many reps before. Glad I tried it even though I was so exhausted! 
300 M run with sandbag carry (15#) 
50 back extensions
40 Push press (55#)
30 goblet kettle bell squats (55#) 
20 pull ups 
10 burpees

Wore 24 lb vest:
