Since it’s the weekend and Radial is going to be hoppin’, the 800m route is:
• out the back door
• right at Mell, going towards Dekalb Avenue
• left on Dekalb Avenue, down to the front corner of Salon Red (before the entrance)
• turn around and come back!
Oh, I like this workout! Yawning and stretching yesterday afternoon I pulled something in my neck!!! Heading to get a massage right now. Hope to be in tomorrow no matter what!

No PRs today. First time trying out my Vibrams for a longer run; the first two runs I experimented with longer strides, the last two were more POSE style. Don’t know how I feel about our new running route; I will keep plotting out runs around the area and see if I can’t find a better run.

I did the BTB Crossfit fundraiser competition today. It was cool to be a part of it. I decided to give it a go and do it Rx. The push press was definitely the hardest for me and it felt like it took forever! I have never done that many reps before. Glad I tried it even though I was so exhausted!
