  5. i got to work out with such a fun group today! la mar to my right, aaron and mac to my left…you guys were awesome!

    la mar-next time you can get the chucks with the sparkly stars!

    i wanted to use 65# but laura encouraged me to do 77#, which i think was just right. 6:19… i think!

  6. Am avoiding certain exercises while my stupid tennis elbow heals, so Damon prescribed 4 rounds of 400m run + 50 squats.

    21:26 | PR of 13 minutes over November 7. Yeah!

  7. I can’t remember my time,i didn’t write it down, but will get it in the morning and post properly. But I did 77# and it was around 7 minutes. Thanks to Laura for being tough today. I been needin’ it.

    Pulled something in my back again. Need to concentrate on maintaining better form when lifting for time. Tired of hurting myself.

    I did Grace about two weeks ago and used 10lbs less weight and was 30 seconds slower than today! Yay for getting better at clean and jerks! Working out with Leanne and Judy helped too.
