  1. Today I tried doing this with chest to bar pull-ups. The pull-ups themselves weren’t that bad, and I could have done more, but I kept stopping to check the time, and in doing so, lost the opportunity for reps. Oh well – better next time!

Pull-ups: 7-4-4-4-4-4-3-3 (33) [about half my normal amount of reps]
    Push-ups: 16-11-7-7-6-6-6-6 (65)
    Sit-ups: 17-17-16-15-15-15-14-15 (124)
    Squats: 22-21-19-17-17-17-16-16 (145)
    TOTAL = 367 PR (by 9 points)

Even though my pull-up numbers were drastically reduced by doing CTB, all my other movements went way up! +6 for push-ups, +19 for sit-ups and +11 for squats

    • gross!

  3. Pull-ups (definitely not chest to bar):
    8-6-6-6-6-5-4-4 (45)
    Push-ups: 12-10-8-8-7-7-6-7 (65)
    Situps (abmat, unanchored): 11-12-10-10-10-10-9-10-10 (82)
    Squats: 12-14-12-11-12-11-13-13 (98)
    Total: 290

  4. Pull-ups: 6-3-0-2-3-3-3-3 = 23
    Push-ups: 12-12-10-9-10-9-8-8 = 78
    Sit-ups: 9-11-10-9-8-9-8-9 = 73
    Squats: 12-16-16-15-15-16-15-14 = 119

    Total: 293

Yes, that is a zero in one of those pull-up rounds. I’ve recently graduated from 2 tinies to 1 tiny and it’s not easy.

  5. Still having major trouble with pull-ups. (Allison – I can relate!) Even so, still achieved a whopping PR!!

    Pull-ups (blue): 7-4-2-4-0-3-3-0 = 23
    Push-ups (knee): 10-9-8-6-5-5-4-4 = 51
    Sit-ups: 11-14-11-11-12-13-12-11 = 95
    Squats: 13-10-11-10-10-10-10-13 = 87

    Total: 256

PR of 111 from November! Ha!!

  6. Pull-ups: 5-7-6-6-6-6-5-6 = 47
    Push-ups: 12-9-7-7-6-6-5-5 = 57
    Sit-ups: 14-13-12-12-10-10-10-10 = 91
    Squats: 13-10-10-10-10-11-10-12 = 86

    Total: 281

Tried open grip on pull-ups which seemed to help a little but still need work.

  7. 50 pullups (not chest to bar, though)
    74 pushups
    102 situps (abmat, anchored)
    112 squats

    338 total

  8. 49 pull ups
    63 push ups
    76 sit ups
    102 squats

    Total: 290
I think I could probably be faster on the sit ups and squats next time.
