OK, everybody – write this on your calendars! We will be closed from Friday, April 24-Sunday, April 26 to attend the CrossFit “Dirty South” Regional Qualifiers in Jacksonville, FL. We also plan on moving the gym to our new location next door the following weekend (May 2nd). More details to come!

I like this workout too and i am sick of after hour work committments! I have a site visit in Augusta…leaving this afternoon and not back till Thursday. Arrghh!
Unfortunately I’m not going to make it tonight either. I’ll plan on making this up tomorrow unless something more fun comes up…
I have been in the car for 30 mins stuck in downtown “tea party” traffic! Ugh! I may have to make up Helen on Friday…
18:54 with 35# kb and blue band for pullups. Less band than for the last Helen and beat my time by a whopping 16 seconds. Pullups realllly slowwwed me dowwwwn. Still can’t find my kip. If anyone sees it, please turn it in to Laura or Damon. Thanks.

i volunteer us all to do an “equipment dump” workout to help move…especially if you know where things are going to go, we can grab it from the old place and walk/run it over to the new place and put it in the general area where you want it! could be fun…i hear steve likes to lift heavy things off the floor!
