What La Mar failed to mention is that he got his first muscle-up today, then went on to do another 30 to complete the workout as Rx’d! That’s pretty freakin’ impressive!

Oh the horror!!! Hands ripped in three places and I lost my kip. Took FOREVER, with much whining and excessive swearing. 46:29 with blue for pullups and green for dips.

Played paintball with the crossfit atlanta folks today…and was/am so exhausted from that, 120 pullups and ring dips was just not going to happen. Terri, uggh i feel your pain on the hand ripping situation, but it sounds like you fought through it to finish…and thats awesome!
