30 Muscle-ups for time

Post time to comments.

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

    • What La Mar failed to mention is that he got his first muscle-up today, then went on to do another 30 to complete the workout as Rx’d! That’s pretty freakin’ impressive!

  5. Oh the horror!!! Hands ripped in three places and I lost my kip. Took FOREVER, with much whining and excessive swearing. 46:29 with blue for pullups and green for dips.

    Thanks to Terresa, who cheered me on to the bitter end!

  7. Way to go LaMar on the muscle up!! I hope to join you soon…but I doubt I would be able to get one and then do 29 more…thats crazy!

    Played paintball with the crossfit atlanta folks today…and was/am so exhausted from that, 120 pullups and ring dips was just not going to happen. Terri, uggh i feel your pain on the hand ripping situation, but it sounds like you fought through it to finish…and thats awesome!

    • Mike, Mike, Mike. You did 120 unassisted pullups and 120 ring dips with that tiny little band, and YOU want to be someone else? Honestly. You’re a rock star! Claim it! If that weren’t enough, you know when to use a semicolon. What more could a person want? I’m just asking.
