  1. Damon vacuuming AND on top of the trainer heap. Amazing.

  2. Okay, on top standing next to Laura of course!

  3. Oh, thank goodness some vacuuming has happened! 90 times with my chest to the ground yesterday was testing my funk/dust/dirt/germ tolerance level! ;)

  4. I hope he got that puke spot over by the rowers.

  5. For some reason I had it in my head that I would naturally do power cleans when the weight was light, and would somehow magically progress to squat cleans as it got heavy. Hmmm. That didn’t work so well; by the time it got heavy I hadn’t warmed up the squat position, so I ended up not being able to finish with anything more than a power clean. Drat! My push jerk PR is 170, so my goal is to get my C&J up to at least that. Insert mental note here to warm up with front squats prior to this workout next time!

    120
    132
    142 PR
152 PR (for power clean as well as C&J; also 2# more than my previous squat clean PR)
154 F (here is where I needed to catch in more of a squat)
    132
    147

I managed to PR my C&J and power clean by 15 pounds, but it would have made a big difference to warm up properly!

  6. FRUSTRATING! 60-65-65-55-60-65-70f

  7. this evening:

    “Grace”
    As Rx’d with 95#
2:36 (PR by almost a minute and a half)
