HQ Rest Day

CrossFit headquarters (www.crossfit.com), has recently updated their site to include a listing of CrossFit Level 2 certified trainers. You can find it under the left hand navigation: Certification Seminars –> Level 2 Trainer Directory. In it, you will find little ol’ us! As of this posting, there are only 9 Level 2 trainers listed in Georgia (including one who has moved, and one who currently works for HQ), with only 164 in total. Pretty cool, huh?
