I was thinking more along the lines of a 5k. Or even a delightful 3k, if there is such a thing in CrossFit. You know – JUST running … and listening to my ipod. Heaven!

Great job morning crew!! I think this is the first time the board has started with SOOOO many sub 15 min times. There was even a new female to go Rx today, I am a proud Papa!
In other news, I realized about half way through my first round of thrusters a little while ago, that this was my very FIRST time doing “Fran” alone….weird!
I felt pretty good, but the clock doesn’t lie…2:15 longer than my PR. Oh Well, it’s done.

Thrusters were fine; only had one break in the set of 15, but grip died during the CTB pull-ups. More than twice my standard Fran time – yuck!
Fran wasn’t THAT terrible! At least she doesn’t wear out her welcome.

Lots longer than last time but the Damonmaster CRANKED up my thruster weight…I am not a fan of the thruster.
I used heavier weight this time around with Fran and i was a little faster than last time. My forearms were throbbing like crazy after this workout and my pull-ups were just barely over the bar by the end.
