  2. Hey Crossfit peeps,
    Since I have been doing (mostly) the paleo thing, I have made a discovery – you know those Debbie Meyer green bags, the “as seen on tv” bags that are supposed to keep your veggies fresh longer in the fridge? Well, I took a gamble and bought some at publix, and they work! It is kind of remarkable actually. They aren’t cheap, but worth a try – in my experience they do just what they claim to do.
    Just and FYI…

  4. Damon is a mystic. Mystics are often very tall, very calm, and apt to put their clothes on inside out because they’re thinking deep mysticky thoughts.

  7. Mmmm bacon. It put me in a trance. Amazingly, I could not stop seeing bacon no matter where I went on the new, improved cfrx.com site. Technology is cool. Bacon is cool.

  8. So, I was gifted a platter of lemon bars today…enough to share, because I like to share. HOWEVER, in an attempt to support all of you in your paleo endeavors (and to not get kicked in the ankle by my coaches again), I have decided not to share.
