Really? Because I heart back squats. And I have already had to miss them at least twice. And I am tired of being injured. And I might even welcome being able to choose not to run for my warm-up again…or to choose not to do any cardio. My patience with myself and my freaking ankle is rapidly depleting.

I’m okay with that. Thanks dudes for keeping me honest, going low enough just aint my forte. Think about it, how many people in Atlanta are there to get up the nerve/gumption to tell me to DO BETTER or MORE lol. So it was nice to be pushed.

As Damon pointed out to me, 264 was my Crossfit Total weight for 1 rep a few weeks ago, so hooray for progress.
