OK, I’ll admit it, I have been shot by paintballs quite a few times. But hey, it’s winter and you will have plenty of clothing on, not like in the summer.
I did the 10K, knee kind of looks like a softball right now, it started on the 3rd lap. “Running” was a no go after that. Thought about quitting at 5K, but figured I would at least complete the distance.
Limped in at 88 minute mark. I misspoke while warming up, my first 10Kn ever was 91 minutes, so I guess it was a PR (at least for me), though pitifully slow for most.

i didn’t run the full 10k…instead i made it to a 5k and damn it was cold.

No time for the 10k; only had time to hit a quick WOD at CrossFit Atlanta before the Nutrition Cert began.
Made up a workout based on what I suck at the most. The workout ended up being a big ‘ol bag of suck…guess I should’ve expected that, huh?

I have been hit by a paintball and it left the most disgusting 6 inch in “diameter” bruise of purple, green, yellow and red. Never again.
