    6 rounds + 12 pull-ups

    Wasn’t feeling the drive to go balls to the wall on this one…maybe it’s the cold, maybe it was because I tried it on an empty stomach…I do like the combo, though – it was different!

  5. Uh…we’ve kinda always been open from 6am-9am, we just haven’t been as structured because most of our traffic is in the afternoon/evening. The ‘new’ hours were posted on the door last month. We would still encourage all of our clients to try and attend when there are other folks around, and historically, there have been no clients between 8am and 9am.

  6. 3 rounds: knee pushups, pull with green band. Seriously thought I was going to puke. The good news: I’m getting much better at pushups!
