…and just to clarify how this all goes down, Coach himself chimed in on the HQ blog:
10 steps total. 1 dumbbell for lunging. Same single dumbbell for swinging. Carry for lunging as comfortable/able.

I did Fran today in 18:11, which made me very happy because it wasn’t 30 and it didn’t make me want to a) cry or b) puke. I’m posting my time on yesterday’s page for future ref.

Aw, shucks, thanks everyone. I will say that it didn’t feel amazing — I was demanding 57 pounds after my third rep- and getting out of bed this morning took quite a bit more effort than usual.
