Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

  3. Injured my tricky back at a Crossfit affiliate in Mebane, NC, on Friday. Didn’t get nearly enough of a warmup before doing the work. If you go to an affiliate, be careful. God how I love CrossFitRx!

    Took it extra easy with Tabata Something Else on Sunday:

    Pull (G+T) = 9-6-6-3-3-3-3-3
    Push (knee) = 3-5-4-5-4-4-3-2
    Sit = 5-4-4-3-4-3-3-3
    Squat = 6-7-5-7-7-5-6-7
    Total = 145
