Karen = 150 wall ball shots. 17:19 with an 8# ball. Didn’t die. Grew stronger. Roar.
I also completed the “Karen” workout. Used a 10# ball, I think, and finished in 16:14. Breaking it down into increments of 10 really helped me not get overwhelmed with the prospect of doing 150 of these…even though it’s the same number, to me it feels easier to do 15 rounds of 10. Thanks Laura for the suggestion!
