I do have to give old CF props though. I had a marathon tennis match yesterday (3.5 hours), ending in a third set tie-breaker. At this point, my legs were literally shaking and the ball felt heavy. But I said to myself, self, this is the end of a CF workout. You go hard for the next 7-14 (hopefully) points, and then you get to lie down. And that&#039;s what I did. I never stopped moving my feet, won in 8 points, and collapsed on the court. So, thanks CF!]]></description>
