Opinion Needed:
Option one – come in tomorrow, do the workout (with the Queen and the Cake) then play tennis (singles), then sit on my a$$ on Sunday OR
Option two – miss hanging with the Queen/Cake, play tennis and make this up on Sunday.
I NEVER pass up an opportunity to hang with the ‘cake, so I am no help with your decision.
I could set the bar for your morning crew self and then you can try to beat my number on Sunday. *wink*
I may have the better snatch, but you out squat me anyday.

The snatch I have down; however, I am easily outrun by a three-toed sloth.
Big baby day for me. Felt beat up and shoulders were screaming. Back squats were killing my traps. Haven’t been into the strength days like I used to. Wah, wah, wah, I’m a crybaby today
Practiced my pistols; did about 50 each leg in sets of 5.
