Pull-Up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

  5. Maybe if you would work pull ups into your warm up you would be able to get a little bit of practice every single day. And then you might get better.

    Hahaha! This from a girl who does half a warm up every day and only the exercises she doesn’t loathe and the ones they will comment on if she doesn’t do them. I am funny. That I am.
