		<description><![CDATA[So, yesterday was my first time doing &quot;heavy&quot; Squat Cleans since I tore my groin doing the same thing last October.  After getting over my fear through the first 3 sets, I matched my old PR.  Didn&#039;t do it again after that, but I was pleased either way.
