    I did this one after being 6 days off (vacation). 2 days later I couldn’t walk straight. Still feeling it. Damn GHDs…

    Just over a year ago I attempted my first HSPU, and it was probably only about one inch worth of elbow bend! Over time, I tried to get to two AbMats, then one. I was surprised and happy today to find that doing HSPU to one AbMat was actually too easy…so, after today, no more AbMats for me! Thank you CrossFit!

    we are having a welcome back party for AF Tom tonight. you are invited. not sure where yet…stay tuned to the CFATL blog for details.

  9. Thought I would go ahead and do Cindy without a warm up, since it is Friday and all…

    I appreciate Damon and Laura letting me follow through with that choice. For the 15 seconds I lasted. Then I quit, did a warm up and tried again. It still kicked me in the abs, but I lasted the entire 20 minutes. And they didn’t even say they told me so. Maybe with their eyes, but not out loud. Maybe to each other, but not to me. And THAT is what is important!

    I would rather be there tomorrow morning.
