SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor and twin sister Kiki.

    Under other circumstances I might say how brutal this cycle was, and that the 250# DL felt ridiculously heavy considering the beating my hands have taken the last couple of days, or maybe even complain about how much I hate running. However, at the end of the day, unlike SO1 Harris, I am still breathing and fortunate enough to see another day. Rest in Peace Fella!!

    Not as RX’d; very modified deadlift (2 45lb dumbbells, just below my knees), GHD sit ups though and the run.

    34:33 (I think – I wrote down 33:43 but remembered differently and assume I had a moment of dislexia.

    Lower back pain…. Trying to sit up very straight with my shoulders pulled back….
