Sorry we missed you!!  We were actually at &quot;Home Base&quot; aka CFATL this morning.  I will be out of town the weekend of the party, but I HAD planned on coming when it was scheduled for the 1st.  You are right, if you can do one you can do 1-21x&#039;s......just not as fast ;-)  Seriously though, the way that this is set up (for me) the MU&#039;s weren&#039;t the hard(est) part.  You will do fine.</description>

		<description>I am going to attempt this one tonight.  I will let you know how I do.  This will be the most mu&#039;s I have attempted in a workout.  I did Nasty girls, but had to substitute a few for jumping ones.  I will try my hardest to finish this one as RX&#039;d but if I do not post a time...you will know that I am still at the gym!
