Michael is a challenge for me because I am a slow runner, so I really wanted to do better this time.
7/ 26: 31:32
8/ 15: 30:02
It helped to have Damon calling out my times as I went through.
And with ALissa’s help, got a pull up with tiny.
I am one happy turtle.
Still getting over this cold I’ve had for the past week. The weather was overcast, cool and breezy today, which I think helped a lot with my runs
GHD sit-ups & back extensions
21:59 (PR by 48 seconds)
The last time “Michael” came up, I tried it with AbMat sit-ups instead of my usual GHD, and it took me 20:45, but I’m not counting that time since it wasn’t my normal work. My old PR with GHD sit-ups was 22:47.
oh. My last GHD sit-up “Michael” was 22:46…so, a PR of 47 seconds instead of 48.
“Chief”
Round 1: 3 (+3,+6,+4)
Rounds 2-5: 3 rounds even

Accused Slacker -
Do you think if you post a day behind I won’t see you?
I don’t recall anyone “accusing” you or calling you a “slacker.”
CONSISTENCY
BEFORE
INTENSITY.
We can all move faster; we can all do better – ALWAYS. It’s not that anyone is “slacking off,” it’s that we are all learning where our limits are and how we can push ourselves closer to that edge. It’s a process, man. PATIENCE.
