With 60 pounds and knees down, I got 3 or 3 and some change (3PC &amp; 5 PU twice, 3 PC &amp; 1 PU once.)

And, more importantly, I practiced my kip (despite my new fear of falling off the bar like a certain someone at CFAtlanta....) and bench pressed 100lbs - once.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I wanted to try this one,  but legs too sore from Saturday, and a 1500m run didn&#039;t loosen me up enough to want to do squats. SO I decided to see how much I could bench press, b/c I miised that workout.  I managed to do 3 with about 7o pounds, and got (a wobbly) one with 80, and I am very happy with that.]]></description>
