Ok, can we get a “hell yeah” for CrossFitRX?
Laura forgot to mention that her three little crossfitrxers managed to place 3rd, 8th and 12th at our first affiliate challenge. Considering we’re only a couple of months in AND one of us is a week in, I think we deserve a H-Y for that!
Queen Fleen’s shirts deserve another. I’m still rocking my hot pink shirt and am considering washing it tonight so I can wear it to my tennis match tomorrow.

What I liked the most was when a certain CFRXer, who will remain nameless, but has in the past had a perception that she cannot do because she is not fit, said during the last (mostly elite) round: “they don’t look that different from us”.
You are right. Everyone struggled, tried his hardest and put forth a max effort, just like us. They aren’t that different from us.
I think we, and everyone, did a heck of a job. It was my first Challenge and I am glad I went.
