Markings: Mat burn on bum from sit-ups, one of my favorite CF side-effects.
My notes from 080708 were pretty accurate: “Hell”. To compare, I’d give it a H-minus this time around.
Woke up this morning and decided I was going to get my 500lb deadlift today. I know, how arrogant of me to think I can just wake up and decide to PR by 16lbs. Well that’s just me…I guess
Got to CFRx and for some reason, my mind just wasn’t into it, but I tried it anyway. Progression below:
50 Hip Extensions

Moral of this story, the mind is stronger than the body and if you don’t work on something you won’t get better at it!!
sorry to have missed this one. tomorrow’s looks good though (odd that I am saying this as I rot at shoulder presses…we’ll see how it goes
