    Support: Green/Red, Knees and Unachored Ab Mat
    Markings: Mat burn on bum from sit-ups, one of my favorite CF side-effects.

    My notes from 080708 were pretty accurate: “Hell”. To compare, I’d give it a H-minus this time around.

  2. Woke up this morning and decided I was going to get my 500lb deadlift today. I know, how arrogant of me to think I can just wake up and decide to PR by 16lbs. Well that’s just me…I guess ;-)

    Got to CFRx and for some reason, my mind just wasn’t into it, but I tried it anyway. Progression below:

    50 Hip Extensions
    154# x 10
    20 Hip Extensions
    264# x 5
    10 Hip Extensions
    364# x 2
    440# x 1
    462# Fail
    462# x 1

    Moral of this story, the mind is stronger than the body and if you don’t work on something you won’t get better at it!!
