		<description><![CDATA[Gave the shoulder a try today for the first time in a couple of weeks.  Tried a little &quot;Cindy&quot; (20 min AMRAP 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, &amp; 15 Squats).  The Pull Ups and Squats were fine, but the Push Ups killed me.....and I felt slow:-(
