why the anonymity? be proud of your work!
There is a certain security in anonymity. I can get behind that. And everyone wants a little less band. Everyone except me. I would like more. Please.

Gave the shoulder a try today for the first time in a couple of weeks. Tried a little “Cindy” (20 min AMRAP 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, & 15 Squats). The Pull Ups and Squats were fine, but the Push Ups killed me…..and I felt slow:-(
