  7. Gave the shoulder a try today for the first time in a couple of weeks. Tried a little “Cindy” (20 min AMRAP 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, & 15 Squats). The Pull Ups and Squats were fine, but the Push Ups killed me…..and I felt slow:-(

    As Rx
    11 +5 Pull Ups and 5 Push Ups
    (5 rounds short of my last time)
