  1. Didn’t push it today; yesterday’s WOD whupped me.
    5k outside
    24:52

  2. There was an unsubstantiated QF sighting in Candler Park this morning. Reports claim she was strolling down the sidewalk, coffee in hand. At the time of this briefing, we have not heard from QF, although there are many who believe she will turn up tomorrow afternoon at CFRX…

  3. 35:53

    hey, that’s a palindrome!

    four times around the dekalb-oakdale-iverson-mell block (4.8K), then from the gym up to the MARTA staton (the last 200M)

    no previous outside times to compare. looking forward to trying this in cooler weather.

  4. Confirming Siting: Queen Fleen was definitely strolling down McClendon, coffee cup in hand. Hope she chased that latte with a fat block.

  5. As for the work:
    Great rowing today. Finished in 2:05 and had one pull register at 1:57. I am crediting increased hip flexibility?
    5K: 30:11. (From memory so correct me if I am wrong).

  6. If the latte was made with whole milk, that would take care of the fat, as well as some of the protein. As long as there was no added sugar, a latte would actually be a pretty OK Zone drink.

    1 c. of 2% milk
    Fat = 5g (1.5 blocks)
    Carb = 12g (1.5 blocks)
    Protein = 8g (1 block)

    Gossip Girl – the time you remember is close, because that is what I said when you first came in…however, I forgot I had to add a few minutes because you were sharing a stopwatch. Actual time is 36:51; a respectable effort for someone who maintains they have never run further than a mile before! Nice work! :)

  7. Yeah. That sounds more realistic. Didn’t think this 30 y.o body could match the time of a 9th grade guy quite yet…

  8. chupacat sez ‘thrusters followed by pullups again? jeeze…’
