  2. Not ready to face Total again. Did 3×3′s of each exercise instead.

    Back squat: 198x3x3
    Shoulder press: 90x3x3
    Deadlift: 242x3x3

  3. Motivation was kinda low after the weekend and I wasn’t up for Total this soon after the last.

    Back Squat: 220x3x3
    Shoulder Press: 147x3x3
    Deadlift: 352x3x3

    BE READY TO HUFF TOMORROW!!

  5. OMG – Kath, you crack me up! I was laughing, then I saw the “crap.” at the end, and I just lost it! Hilarious!

    The funniest part is my wackadoodle shoulder press. If I can get it up once, I can get it up a handful of times, but sometimes I can’t get even that same 90 pounds up once!
