Whoooeee. Of course, I couldn’t sleep last night once I saw it was going to be Fran…she messes with my head more than any other workout. I find it to be such a challenge physically, but mostly it’s hard to face my fear of Fran and not let that fear get in the way.
Today, as always, I was apprehensive before I started and felt slow during the workout. I couldn’t string together a lot of reps, but I tried to rest as little as possible in between. I think it worked

I will never unerstand how the Mike_G’s and you other freaks of the CrossFit world can get this work done in less than 6, 5, 4, and 3 mins!! However, today was a good day for me, I had my first “Fran” PR in almost 11 months, so I’m pleased.
