A new month, a new beginning! Here is the official “before” picture of CrossFit Rx. We are spending the week unloading the five pallets of equipment and flooring (that are hardly visible there in the middle of the vast space that is Wallcrawler). That whole center area will be CrossFit Rx, and everything around us will be the rock climbing gym…pretty nifty, huh?

Assembled a York GHD for time:

It was the 3rd time and the fastest time, glad that one is done
Today’s WOD:
Drive to pick up sanded plywood
Assemble 3 GHDs
Coat 4 lifting platforms in 3 layers of polyurethane
Organize 1400 lbs of bumper plates
Approximately 8 hours. (whew!)
That is a sweet place, I can’t wait to visit!
