How can I find a 5k route in my neighborhood?

  1. Run mile for time- 8:50(7 sec PR on road)

    Starting Strength Day 9
    Back Squat: 231x5x3
    Bench Press: 225xx3
    Deadlift: 352x5x1

  2. As much as I hate running, I do plan on making the 5k up later in the week.

    For now –
    Back Squat: 190x5x3
    Bench Press: 120x5x3
    Deadlift: 235.5x5x1
